Kylian Mbappe delivered the first great Bernabeu headline of Jose Mourinho's return, scoring a hat-trick as Real Madrid beat Real Sociedad 4-1 and made it 7 straight LaLiga wins in this fixture.

Mbappe then returned to the spotlight one time to complete his hat‑trick lifting a classy finish over Remiro from an equally impressive Vinicius pass to seal the result and cap a huge individual night in the capital.
Madrid had a fifth ruled out when Brahim Diaz was flagged offside but by then the damage was already done.
The result sends Real to the top of the table. Extends Reals winning run in LaLiga to 5 matches going back to last season. For Sociedad the picture is much uglier: 2 defeats from 2 to start the campaign and now 9 matches, without a win.
